CMOS SINGLE-CHIP 4-BIT MICROCONTROLLER
Description
The MC40P5x04D series have following major features as a 4-bit remote control MCU.

MTP(Multi Time Programable) : Basically it has OTP(One Time Programable) ROM. But it is possilbe to write multiple times by separating 4k byte rom area.
For example :
- 4k byte code : one time programable.
- 2k byte code : two times programable.
- 1k byte code : four times programable.

12 divided clock : ABOV's previouse 4 bit remote MCUs are operated with 48 divided clock. But it can be operated with 12 divided clock. So it's opearating speed and remote signal's resolution are increased.(It is possible to control the width of remote signal more precisely).

It is provided with assembler, remote control simulator, writer and ISP(In System Programming).

         - IOL=500mA at VDD=3V and VO=0.52V

  • Built in Low Voltage reset circuit

  • Built in a watch dog timer (WDT)

  • Low operating voltage : 1.8 ~ 3.6V
