MC3501 24 SEGMENT X 16 GRID VFD DRIVER WITH KEYSCAN
Description
MC3501 is a VFD(Vacuum Fluorescent Display) driver IC. It has 24 segment ports and 16 grid ports. Besides, It has key-scan features inside. So it is possilbe to get key inputs while displaying VFD device.
It is controlled by serial communication and it requires 3 communication lines.
